Meet Jenn

JC Custom Designs is the creative studio of Jenn Carlson, a Cave Creek, Arizona artist who turns press-on nails into small-scale wearable art. Jenn personally creates the designs you see throughout the shop, from understated everyday sets to highly detailed statement nails with hand-painted art, stamping, chrome, cat-eye finishes, crystals and dimensional embellishments.

For Jenn, the most important part of the brand is authenticity. If a design is offered for sale at JC Custom Designs, it is a design she has physically made herself. The photos throughout the shop showcase real work from her studio rather than generic supplier images or designs she has never produced.

Handmade Means Individual

Each set is created and finished by hand. Because of that, small variations in pattern placement, stamping, color movement and embellishment placement are part of the character of handmade nail art. The overall design, color palette and aesthetic are maintained while each finished set retains its own individual details.

Designed to Be Worn

JC Custom Designs combines detailed nail artistry with the convenience of press-ons. The shop offers fitted 10-piece sets as well as select 24-piece Universal Fit designs, giving customers options for both personalized sizing and easy at-home wear.

What Jenn wants customers to receive is more than a set of press-on nails: it is a piece of artwork made by a real person, in a real studio, with attention to the details that make the design special.
